This Vintage figure is in great condition with original blonde flocked hair and great condition face, hands, and body, uniform is also in top condition, all complete with original swagger stick, all 100% vintage Palitoy Action Man with ADDITIONAL UN Helmet, Blue and Red UN Arm Band and badge stickers.

I purchased this at a GI JOE at the 2002 GI Joe Convention in Norfolk, Virginia from a vendor out of the UK. All of his items were in beautiful condition and 100% vintage. AT this time no reissues were even being made.

He has blond flocked hair and blue moving eyes--there is a switch on the back of his head to move the eyes.
