"DELEGATION EX" is an international sporting event held in 1964, and is a modern arrangement of shoes based on the shoes worn by Japanese national team players.
The design features the Onitsuka Tiger stripe that works with the loop through the shoelace, while retaining the "TOKYO ONITSUKA" logo on the tongue, which was a design detail at the time.
