Un superclassico!!!!!!!!!! 

I 3 libri della trilogia" Leica illustrated guide" di James Lager, sono in assoluto tra i primissimi al mondo sull'argomento "Leica da collezionare", e James "Jim" Lager è stato insieme al nostro Rogliatti ed a Van Hasbroeck, un vero precursore.

Questo secondo volume è un libro ormai piuttosto raro, di buone dimensioni (ben 28 x 21.5 cm) e con la nota copertina rossa.

Il primo testo fu scritto nel 1975 per "celebrare" i primi 50 anni della casa tedesca, questo proposto è il volume II del 1978 (prima edizione) con 256 pagine e dal titolo completo:

"Leica Illustrated Guide II - Lenses, accessories & special models".

Buone le condizioni, nonostante gli anni, un libro usato e consultato, ma sano ed ancora in buono stato.

Già da anni ormai da collezione (per consultazione ci sono testi più "moderni"), difficile da reperire ed il collezionista di apparecchi fotografici, soprattutto se specializzato Leica, non dovrebbe perderlo.

The 3 books of the trilogy" Leica illustrated guide" by James Lager, are by far among the world's first books on the subject of "Leica collecting", and James "Jim" Lager was, together with our Rogliatti and Van Hasbroeck, a real forerunner.

This second volume is a now rather rare book, of good size (a good 28 x 21.5 cm) and with the familiar red cover.

The first text was written in 1975 to 'celebrate' the first 50 years of the German company, this one is the 1978 volume II (first edition) with 256 pages and the full title:

"Leica Illustrated Guide II - Lenses, accessories & special models".

Good condition, despite the years, a used and consulted book, but well preserved and still in good condition overall.

A collector's book for years now (for reference there are more 'modern' texts), hard to find and the collector of photographic equipment, especially if specialised in Leica, should not miss it.
