This charm was retired well before Pandora started using the black hangtag which was introduced in 2018 and was discontinued in Feb of 2020. All items made previous to 2018 are only Brand new if they also come with the barcoded bag.

Charm will come with authentic Pandora packaging including a collapsible box, tissue and sticker which is what Pandora stores currently use. Pandora does not make a "suede" pouch so beware of sellers offering this with purchase.

Please Note that ALL items that are returned for ANY reason must include the original packaging that was shipped with the item. This includes the BARCODED bag tag. We are unable to resell items listed as New with Tags without the barcoded bag. If your item came with a black hang tag, that must be included in the return as well as the original box or pouch. In the event a buyer returns a New with Tags item without the original packaging, a 30% restocking fee for future price adjustment will be subtracted from original purchase price. 

If your item is to be a gift and you wish to not include the bag tag or hang tag, please remove them for safe keeping until the gift has been received and accepted.
