Nice sterling silver watch fob to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria; made in the 1880s.   The bail is probably an Edwardian base-metal replacement that has worn through.   In some photos the silver has a gold sheen, which is a trick of the light and the camera; the fob is bright silver coloured.

Hallmarked Birmingham 1886, plus the Lion Passant mark for sterling silver; also has the maker's stamp, W.J.D, for William James Dingley.
