your purchase if it is returned to us within 30 days
from receipt providing the item is unworn, in pristine
condition, with its original packaging and all relevant
receipts and documentation. For a Refund, a returns authorization number must first be obtained by contacting www.wjedwards.com, stating the reason for the request to return the goods. The item must be returned by Royal Mail?s Special Delivery method to ensure the item is insured. NB. Postage and packaging will not be refunded - buyer pays return postage. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Please note: We do not accept Earrings back if removed from sealed packaging, due to hygiene reasons.
