ORIGINALITY AND AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

All the items in our e-store are new, original and available in our boutique.
Any payments for unavailable items will be quickly credited to the customer.

RECEIPT

The receipt will be attached to each item purchased.

REQUEST INVOICE

The invoice must be requested before or at the time of payment of the order.

RETURNS

For any reason, the Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal or change of size within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item.
- The return or size exchange is the responsibility of the buyer.
- The item must be returned in the packaging used by DESIDERIO boutique and by traceable courier.
- The returned item must be: intact, unworn, unwashed, unworn (unless you try on the size) and include all packaging, labels and accessories.
- The refund will be issued using the payment method used during the purchase.
- The DESIRE guarantee seal (or label) must not be tampered with or damaged.
- If the delivered item is found to be defective or does not conform to the order, we will arrange for a collection at our expense.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Dispatches

DESIRE boutique dispatches worldwide with selected express couriers: GLS, UPS, DHL.
Orders are processed and prepared in 24 hours, from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
On Italian public holidays, dispatches will be processed the next business day.

Express Couriers

Currently, DESIRE boutique mainly uses:
- GLS: European Union (EU)
- DHL / UPS : USA and Canada
-UPS: Rest of the World

Track & Trace

All shipments are traceable, wherever possible.
At the time of shipping the Client receives the name of the courier, and the tracking number, to follow the progression of delivery. 
Please note that the couriers do not deliver to PO boxes.

Import Fees

Any kind of import fees is the responsibility of the client.
Product prices that are published on the boutique reflect the actual retail price of the goods which does not include Import Fees (based on the customer's home country regulation).

Invoices

The total invoice paid during the purchase process does not include DDU countries where the Customer will be charged for any local sales taxes and import duties on the purchase.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on shipping address and customs process, generally:
-European Union: 3/5 days
-Europe: 5 days
- North America: 5/7 days
- Rest of the World: 7/14 days.

Combined Shipping

There is no automatic discount for combined shipping / multiple purchases;
If interested in multiple purchases, please send us an email indicating items and shipping address.

Return Policy

The unused item can be returned within 14 days of delivery date. For more information please send us an email.

Terms & Conditions
- The value of the returned product will be refunded, except the shipping fees and import fees.
- The Security Tag DESIRE must still be intact and attached to returned items.
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
- Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, etc.) received with the order.
- The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged.
- All returns must be previously authorized by DESIDERIO boutique.
- The DESIRE security tag must not be removed, damaged or tampered.
- Any kind of export fees is the responsibility of the client.
