You are buying the pictured 3 iphone 4/4s cases. 2 are defender cases one blue and one black with belt clips and one is a black Ballistic Case with belt clip. the 2 iphone defender cases do not have the face shields but i am adding a pack of the screen protectors for the iphone 4/4s. this will give you better response on your phone and you dont have to worry about the case shield separating from it.
