Unlike dielectric thermal grease that widens contact surface gap, the Prohmtect EVerlast Paste Thermal Compound for EV Charging Systems forms a moisture barrier and provides maximum conductivity. It is a synthetic, low resistive, non-silicone oil and prevents wicking and residue when subjected to high temperatures (212 to 662 F / 100 to 350 C). 5cc of EVerlast improves efficiency for J1772 connectors on electric vehicle charging systems for a faster charge while preventing fires by dissipating connection point debris and heat. Paste has a 2-year shelf life at room temperature, 450 F (232 C) dropping point, 350 F (177 C) flash point, and 350 viscosity at 100 F (38 C). Avoid heating above 536 F (280 C).
