Technician’s Note:

· 3 Main components that work together: The high clocked workstation CPU, the contemporary Video Card made for digital design workstations, & the drives in RAID.

· This Xeon is equivalent to it’s counterpart, i7-4790, but made for workstations.

· This video card is on the AutoDesk list of recommend CAD hardware for 2024 and will have the latest drivers installed with AMD's pro-workstation for CAD software.

· This RAID-0 configuration Quadruples your SSD’s data transfer rates, effectively making this system 4x faster than ‘normal’. This configuration is time-tested, & reliable.

· According to our extensive research, these 3 components added to the way we configure hardware & software, makes this system significantly BETTER than others listed in it’s class & price range.

· Memory timings & frequencies are matched, so that one RAM module doesn’t slow down the others

· Document, Pictures, Downloads, & Video folders have been auto-config’d to the large HDD, saving space on the system drive for CAD installations. You don’t have to do anything, but use it as normal.

· This system has a total of 6 drives. ALL are properly mounted & secured.

· All drivers already downloaded & stored in a folder for you in the event you need to do a clean install

· The BIOS may allow overclocking but do so at your own risk, it will void the warranty.

The minimum requirements for CAD can be found on the Autodesk website. Take a look the following FACTS:

l This GPU is on the list of CAD hardware for 2024 (See last pic), ensuring this system is future proof! ·

l The requirement does not specify an Intel model designation such as i7, i5 or Xenon…just the CPU speed.

l 3D Modeling & Graphic Design activity get their power mostly from the GPU & RAM. The i7 & Xenon is most practically useful when RENDERING…& this Xeon allows you to do that.

l The CPU+GPU’s high processing performance is capable of running mainstream applications smoothly, allowing you to work with critical accuracy & precision in 4k without hiccups!

With over 25-years of building occupation-specific computer systems, with a recent degree in Engineering Graphics (CAD, Inventor, Rivet, SolidWorks, MicroStation, etc.) & as a matter of practicality & personal experience, this system is a bit more than what most people need for media editing & graphic design. You won't be disappointed I guarantee it!


Shipping & Returns

* Items will be carefully packed, & ‘usually’ ships the day after payment has been made.

* Shipping carrier likely by UPS ground, but we may select FedEx if more feasible. BTW, sorry about the costly shipping but in reality, this beast is HEAVY. However, I guarantee it will be properly packed and will arrive intact!

* Dust & debris cleaned from motherboard, CPU fan/heatsink, and vents.

*Despite the minor flaws, I am confident you will be pleased. I’ll go 6 months on your warranty.
