Small Handmade Pottery VASE / Seed Pot; Mata Ortiz? Pueblo? Navajo?

Based upon my limited experience, this beautiful and tiny pot / vase is most likely Mata Ortiz, but it could be from some other Southwestern tribal group, including Navajo. It shows signs of wear and use.

It may be an older piece too. It is unsigned. The object stands 3 inches tall with birds and flowers carved through the turquoise colored glaze.

Condition is excellent outside of a bit of wear. No chips, cracks, breaks, or restorations. Please look at the photos.
