Green Shirt with Blue Polka Dots. 

Very Similar to the Joe Namath Eligible Receiver Yellow Shirt with Brown Polka Dots, but has a more Nylon Gauzy Type Material.

Great used vintage condition. Male snap needs to be re-sewn in place, currently in female snap. Ripped at seam under left sleeve. Ripped at shoulder seam top right sleeve. Very slight discoloration spots center back. Normal wear from use and age.
