RETURNS:
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return auto parts that:
- Are in their original packaging
- Have not been used, installed, or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to improper installation
- Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
We will issue a refund for any returned auto parts when your return meets the above requirements
CompleteStruts will issue a refund for any returned auto part/s when your return meets the above requirements.
The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error or involves a defective auto part,
all other situations will result in the subtraction of the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee from the full refund.
Once we have received your returned auto part(s), conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your
return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued and all applicable sales taxes will be refunded
or the defective auto part will be replaced.
Warranty Claims:
SPCL hereby warrants to the original purchaser that all auto parts we sell are brand new
and inspected for defects. If an auto part is found to be defective within the first 30 days of purchase, SPCL will replace or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser.
If the product is found to be defective after the first 30 days of purchase and
before the manufacturer's (1) year warranty period expired, SPCL will provide a one time replacment for the defective unit.
When a product is found to be defective, SPCL will pay for the shipping of the replacement parts
to the original purchaser. Warranty and UPS related claims may require authentication including, but not limited to: Mechanic Diagnosis, Pictures, Video or Shipment back to the manufacturer.
Do not dispose of defective parts until instructed.
If the defective parts are requested to be returned to the manufacturer, SPCL will issue
a call tag for the original purchaser to ship the product back.
The original purchaser is responsible for packaging and delivery to a UPS driver
or suitable UPS facility for return shipment. Failure to return requested parts will result in denial of current warranty claims and forfeit of future warranty.
No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, car rental, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question.
