We offer different flow rates to keep up with your growing baby. Every baby is different but as a guide we suggest slow flow for 0+ months, medium flow for 3+ months and fast flow for 6+ months. Closer to Nature® teats are only compatible with Closer to Nature® bottles.

We recommend changing your bottle teats every two months. And you should change them immediately if they're damaged, weak or have been bitten by tiny teeth.

  • We charge postage and packing fees in line with eBays guidelines and only charge for waht is reasonable.
  • Postage and Packing is not just to cover the cost of the postage it also covers other things like time and materials to package, cost of petrol to transport from the warehouse and to the dispatch centre, stationary materials like ink and paper etc.
  • We will do our best to ensure that your goods are sufficiently packaged to ensure damage does not take place. We cannot however be held liable for damage to packaging where it does not effect the use of the product.
  • We post every day from Monday to Friday. If your goods are ordered before 4PM we will post them that day.
  • Depending on your location your goods should arrive within a few days. For UK customers delivery is approximately 3-5 working days. For European customers delivery is approximately 5-7 working days. For customers outside Europe and the UK delivery is approximately 7-10 working days.
  • The definition of working days is Monday to Friday and not including Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays.
  • If your goods do not arrive within the guideline times please contact us using the "Contact Us" link and we will check the dispatch of the item.
  • Please be aware that the Royal Mail do not officially class an item as "lost" until 15 working days have passed since posting. Once this time has passed we can claim with the Royal Mail and replace missing items.
  • Please ensure prior to purchasing the goods that if you are outside the UK that the item you are buying meets the Customs regulations for your country. Gifts Direct 2 U cannot take any responsibility for any goods being confiscated due to not meeting the given rules and regulations.
  • You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and the original postage and packing charge will not be refunded.
  • Any goods returned for a refund must be unopened and complete in their original packaging. Any goods found to not be in their original condition will be kept without refund until the appropriate charge is paid for the return of the goods to you.
  • All products carry a limited warranty which can vary from product to product. If unsure of the warranty on the product please contact us on the "Contact Us" link for information on the product in question.
  • Any products found to be faulty must be notified to us on the "Contact Us" link where you will be notified of the appropriate action. Any goods requested to me returned for inspection must be done so prior to a replacement being issued.
  • Please ensure that you keep the packing slip or print out the invoice for your prrof of purchase records. It is not the responsibility of Gifts Direct 2 U Ltd to prove purchase.
  • Any goods or correspondance must go to the address on the "Contact Us" link
  • We accept many types of payment including PayPal, Cheque, Postal Order and Bank Transfer.
  • Please make sure that if you are paying by means other that PayPal that you allow the appropriate time for receipt and clearance of the payment. As a guide only cheques take 5 working days from receipt to clear our bank. Postal orders can be cashed straight away. Money transfers take between 5-10 working days to clear.
  • Any cheques or postal orders should be made payable to Gifts Direct 2 U Ltd at the address on the "Contact Us" link.
  • When paying by PayPal if you do not have sufficient funds in your account the money will be transferred from your bank account (if you have set this up) to our PayPal account. The takes anywhere from 3 days upto 10 working days to complete.
  • When transferring money via a bank transfer please ensure that the funds that reace our account are equal to the total monies owed to Gifts Direct 2 U.
