**You need to setup on your ST16S remote controller to rebind the C23 camera to your ST16S,here is the step:
1. Tap the setting icon in the upper right corner of the display.
2. Click the signal binding setting icon.
3. Click on the camera option.
4. Click the C23 camera code in the box.
5. If the system requires a password, enter "1234567890"
