Handmade Girls Patriotic Sundress See Msmts For Size Flag 4th of July Ribbon Tie.

Item is pre-owned and in very good condition with no holes, tears or stains. Smoke free environment. This is a beautiful handmade dress in a flag patter with Chevron biased ribbon around the hem & real ribbon ties that are adjustable. There is no size tag, but to me this looked about a 7/8, but I have included the measurements. Shoulder to shoulder measures 7" x pit to pit measures 14" x shoulder to hem measures 24".
