A little history....
The Taler is the German Dollar. In fact, the word Dollar is a corruption of "Taler". This Taler is struck in silver and was issued by the Kingdom of Prussia in 1828 almost 200 years ago. It displays the bust of King Frederick William III and remains in wonderful, barely used condition.

The profusely engraved reverse features a shield with 5 eagles, 3 lions, a griffin and a horse, each symbolizing a branch of the Royal Lineage.

A U.S. Silver Dollar of this age and condition, if it existed, would probably run 5 figures so adding this rarity to your collection for less than $200 makes a lot of cents! After all, it's the ONLY ONE on eBay!
