Q1: Will the bulbs suitable for my vehicle?
A:1. If you are not sure about your bulb model, please check the ebay fitment as the instruction above.
   2. Check the owner's manual, or better yet, physically inspecting the bulb in the vehicle beforehand.
   3. Contact us with your vehicle make/model/year via eBay message to ensure you get everything you need for your kit!

Q2: What if I encounter a dashboard error message or flickering?
A: All the Bevinsee LED headlight bulbs are designed with plug and play, and CANBUS ready. While there are a few sensitive vehicles might occur an error or flickers. The warning Canceller solves this problem.

Q3: Neither side lighting up? Both sides flicker, flash, or work inconsistantly.
A:Pls kindly Check the headlight fuses, and then check the ballast plugs to insure correct installation. If this doesn't work, your car may need a relay or resistor.

Q4: How to get the best light output?
A: When the LED CHIPS are facing left and right(3-9 o'clock) direction and the lamp body stays vertical at 12-6 o'clock direction, you will get the best light output. Please check out the installation video on the product detail page.

Q5: What should I do if there is a quality problem?
A: Please send ebay message to us, we will solve any problems for you as soon as possible.

Q6: The bulbs doesn't fit my vehicle.
A:1. The bulbs size maybe wrong, pls double check before order.
   2. For some socket, such as H1, H3, H7, special bulb holder may be required. Pls send us the photo of your bulbs, bulb socket, and we will check for you.

Q7: Warrning about polarity
A: Please kindly check the polarity when connecting the plug. If the LED bulb does not light up or work properly after installing, please flip the plug around to reconnect.
