Previously used, low mileage in good condition. Signs of use include carbon buildup on turbine side, slightest of lateral movement in shaft nothing in/out, couple of nicks in compressor wheel.

.48 A/R turbine, housing with T3 footprint .70 on the compressor side. Has been sitting in the original box for some years, for sale new on ebay @ $1k+ get it here for a fraction of new.
