This is a vintage baby doll cuddle toy by Douglas. These dolls were made with plastic molded heads made to look like a baby and the body was small soft and stuffed and made to look like fuzzy pajamas with puff balls on the front. This doll has the molded head of a girl and in the back a pink ribbon tied in a bow. The body itself is also colored pink. It has some slight discoloration and staining on the fabric from over the years.
