Blemishes include some creases on the outer box, as well as wear around the edges of the box. There is a patch of missing material near the top of the front face of the box, and a splotch of something on the lower right corner of the rear face of the box by the UPC. There is also a damaged section at the top right corner of the manual's back page. All should be visible in the photos.
Before purchasing, make sure you have a compatible console that can play Japan-region games.
