Antique Addo Multo Model 13 Mechanical Adding Machine Calculator Arithmometer.

Made in Sweden circa 1940s

Register works fine

Carriage itself is clean

The only not working is mechanical interaction between register and carriage. Crank from carriage into register is stuck, shifting of carriage is stuck as well. It may be due to shape compromise of calculator’s base frame. Maybe you, being mechanical guru, can open and find a little piece jammed inside.

Ideally, it can add, subtract, multiply, divide, transfer of result number into register number, clear register number, unusual 10-carry-over-to-next-digit mechanism while cranking

I had that machine for few years as part of family inheritance. I have no use for it other than nice paper weight on my desk, even attempted to make it work 100%. My loss is your gain

Pretty Solid iron construction. Thousands of pieces amazingly assembled into that machine. Rather heavy.

It’s one of the most beautiful and difficult designed mechanical machine. Great job, Sweden!

Photos show everything. Will pack in Styrofoam-filled package.
