Ethical Mohair Fleece Undyed loose 20g

A fine, silky, young mohair fleece, hand picked and hand washed at Newmoor Barn. This fleece is from a very local small herd of young Angora goats and is a fine, soft fibre. Average length of 4 -5 inches. Excellent quality.

This fibre is loose as shown in the picture and will need to be combed for use as doll hair (2nd Picture)

Due to freedom the goats have at and the nature of hand picking and handwashing there may be a small amount of vegetable matter in our fleece. Excellent for spinning, doll making and arts and crafts.

At Newmoor barn we only source our sheep fleece from local small farms which we can visit to ensure the animals are treated with care and respect. All of our fibres are processed entirely by hand.
