Vtg 30's to 40's Georgene Novelty Cloth Doll Mexican, Mexico, W/ Music box, La Cucaracha. 21" tall

On doing research on him, I believe this is a

 vintage 1930s, 21" tall, Georgene Averill cloth doll, "Mexico, Mexican" doll  from their International series. He has a molded mask-type hard-pressed, dark brown, cloth face, brown painted eyes, thick eyelashes, excellent cheek coloring, adorable, thick black, yarn hair and is wearing all his original clothing including brown trousers and gold cotton, long-sleeve shirt, green jacket with striped cotton trim, matching colorful woven trim and original black leatherette shoes with ties, brown cloth body with mitt-type hands. He wears a colorful braided yarn trimmed serape over his shoulders to match the band on his felt hat.

I only seen them in the 13" size not bigger, and I couldn't fine any with a music box inside.

You wind him up and he plays La Cucaracha...
