Having a workshop clear out and one thing that needs to go is this top spec Shogun rear diff. It’s the biggest model out there, with the locking diff and the gigantic output flanges.

It was bought from a Shogun used parts specialist for a project that we never did, and seems to be in great condition for a used diff, though these things are bulletproof.
