Economy shipping: covers all of UK (including highlands and islands, NI and offshore UK). No additional fees apply.

Express shipping: covers all of UK but additional shipping costs and delivery times apply to shipments made to Highlands and Islands, NI and offshore UK.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Delivery Time
Items are dispatched Monday to Friday and usually dispatched the day following the order. Orders made after noon on Friday's will be dispatched the following Monday (except Bank Holidays which will be the following Tuesday).
Standard delivery will take 2-3 working days following dispatch.
Express delivery will usually take 1 working day following dispatch.
Express deliveries to highlands & islands, NI and offshore UK will usually take 2-3 working days following dispatch.

Returns

ITEM UNSUITABLE
We will provide you with a full refund for any UNUSED and UNOPENED item(s) returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
In this instance you must email us or send a message via eBay requesting to return the item and we will inform you of the correct procedure to follow, a refund will be processed once the item(s) have been received in original condition. Please note that we do not cover any return costs on such occasions. 

FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS
If an item has arrived damaged or is faulty, you most always contact us prior to returning goods to discuss arrangements. 
We will only pay the return postage if it has been agreed prior to the return and only up to a level of 2nd Class Recorded.
Please do not return goods using either 1st Class or Special Delivery service without prior permission.
