Details: This auction is for the exquisite vintage Royal Winton golden cup and saucer, made in England in 1950s. The beautifully shaped cup is adorned with hand painted pink roses, the artist’s signature is on inside near the rim.

The firm was established by Leonard Lumsden Grimwade in Hanley at Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire in 1885. Royal Winton was highly regarded for its beautiful ware.

 

The bottom of the cup and saucer has the identifying mark of the Royal Winton Grimwades English Bone China.

 

The cup and saucer are as seen in the photos.

 

Measurements: The cup measures approx. 2.1" tall and 3.7" across the top. The saucer is 5.4" across.

 

Condition: The cup and saucer are in very good condition, just minimal wear to the gild.
