This is a vintage Mr. Bubble Pink fuzzy hat for a girl between the ages of 7 and 12 (ish?) . I'm fairly sure it would fit a petite lady (look how it sorta fits on my big man-head display).
I know exactly how old this is because a neighbor of mine had this in white and we used to call the pom pom ties "meatballs" back in 1972 !
Very cute , good shape , may need a hint of cleaning with a damp sponge. DO NOT MACHINE WASH ! (due to AGE) .
