Belonged to my daughter and has not been used in a very long time.  I found it while decluttering.  Has been factory reset so it is 100% ready for a new user.  It is WiFi only model, no cellular capabilities.  What you see is what you get, the IPad Mini only.   No case, no box, no charger and nothing else.  I am able to access internet using it.  I cannot speak to the battery with any certainty, however it has held a charge over the past couple of days as I downloaded all of my daughter's old material off the IPad.  Please review pictures and make your own determination on condition.   There is some wear around the edges, but it was largely in a case which she used it,
