This is a fine boxed model of a

Mariner Class C4 Merchant Ship named as SS President Buchanan and in the livery of American President Lines (APL).

Speed 20knots, tonnage 13388 deadweight, launched 1953, built in Pennsylvania, length 564ft/172metres, beam 76ft/23metres, draught 26ft/8metres.

There are nine derricks,black hull, blue funnel with red band, white superstructure and deck detail.

Minic code is P610 About 5 inches long. or 14cms in new money.

Packaging is in a box with plastic liner.

Scale is 1/1200.
