2. Do I have the correct piece of furniture for this cover? If you have a piece of Ikea furniture, please ensure it is the correct one. Sofa bed and sofa covers are not interchangeable. 2 and 3 seater sofas can sometimes be confused for one another. If you are uncertain, you may want to look at the label on any covers currently on the sofa and use the item number to find out more information.

Please take time and purchase responsibly. Note that the photos presented are done so to help you see the cover, but it should be noted that monitors may vary – so if exact shades or fabric are important, please visit your local Ikea where many questions may be answered about specific types of fabrics and colours and ensure you receive the item YOU want. 3. I have purchased the item but now I am not sure! Contact me! Contact me as quickly as possible to try to remedy the issue, as I often post out same day or next day. Once the item is sent out, postage for items returned is your responsibility.

1. Since receiving this item, have I had doubts as to whether or not this item is correct for my piece of furniture? If you are in doubt, for whatever reason, you must keep the packaging intact. Issues are always more easily remedied when fewer complications are involved. Contact me as soon as you are aware of a concern.

If the item is as described but you believe you made an error in the purchase, it is required that you maintain the item's packaging integrity for the possibility of a refund or return. Items sold are not automatically eligible for returns, so please show care to the item as that may assist you in enquiring about the return of and refund for an item you do not wish to keep. You may not want it but someone else will and if they pay for it, as you did, they will want to receive it in the same great condition you received it in. Please note, if an item is returned, unopened, postage is your responsibility.

If you believe the item was sent to you incorrectly or is 'not as described' your rights are protected but it is important to contact me with this issue within 7 days and as always, ensure that you show care for the item while it is in your possession. If upon sight you know the item is not right, then opening the packaging is unnecessary and only allows for damage to occur in transit. Refunds only occur once the item is back in my possession, and issues are always more easily remedied when fewer complications are involved. If you have had to open the package before discovering an error, then please repackage it as carefully as possible (please note this stipulation extends to 'Items Not as Described' only). Please play your role for a quick and easy resolution.

Postage & Collection information:

To ensure safe delivery of items of high value a signature upon delivery may be required. In some cases, items purchased together may be posted together to save you some postage cost. As this cannot be guaranteed, please enquire about this before purchase of the first item.

Many UK locations can expect to pay the postage quoted on this listing, but in some occasions - such as the Islands or outer reaches of Scotland - the courier may require further compensation to deliver. If you live in an outlying area, please contact me to ensure that the postage paid is sufficient for you to receive your item.

If you would like to save costs by picking up an item, please contact me in advance. Collection items are paid cash on collection, so if you complete the transaction through Paypal I’m afraid I will have to post it.


Lockdown Update: Ikea may be closed but we're still very much open! And couriers are all operating as normal a service as possible. Please allow a few extra days for delivery, as we are limiting trips out with parcels, and couriers may take a little longer too. We mostly use Hermes and UPS and they offer good advice on their websites about delivery - it's strongly suggested you read that to help them help you get your parcel safely. International orders are welcomed but before buying, you must check the status of your country's delivery companies - I use eBay's Global Shipping service which appears to be operating as normal but they contract with couriers in your country so it's important to check.
