I use Ebay's global shipping program for all items shipped out of the US

Sadly because of some issues that appear to be running rampant on Ebay I will no longer give ANY PARTIAL REFUNDS WITHOUT CLEAR PROOF OF A MISTAKE IN MY DESCRIPTION IN A CLEAR PHOTO! I have been advised by EBAY AND PAYPAL to not offer this any longer. So many are saying things to get money back but keep their items (many threats to my feedback and filing with paypal). Items that are SAID to be not as described must be returned in its original condition in the original box and wrapping to me for a refund of the PURCHASE PRICE. 

As a qualified seller ...IN SOME CASE... Ebay provides me with small shipping discounts. These are earned by ME. Many buyers (who are likely also sellers) think this should be passed on to them. I work hard for this discount. It is mine. It barely covers packing materials and many other things I do not charge for. This is a perk I RECEIVE for running my business well. So please do not request my discount I rarely charge enough for shipping as it is..plus I run many free shipping auctions as well

SERIAL NUMBERS must match if applicable and WILL be documented prior to shipment. Returns may be opened with a member of the postal service and /or law enforcement to be documented as well (also advised to do by PAYPAL themselves though this would be in a very exceptional case) As a seller I also have to protect myself from the few that makes these rules necessary   

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE AUCTION AND LOOK OVER PICTURES AND PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BID IF THERE IS A DETAIL YOU CANNOT SEE OR THAT I MAY HAVE LEFT OUT OF THE DESCRIPTION..THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO A SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION AND ALSO TO AVOID ANY DISAPPOINTMENT I WILL ALWAYS DO MY BEST TO ACCURATELY DESCRIBE AN ITEM WITH PHOTOS AND A DESCRIPTION TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY BUT PLEASE NOTE I AM RARELY AN EXPERT ON THE WIDE VARIETY OF ITEMS THAT I SELL

Feedback will be posted upon the receipt of the buyers feedback....a perfect transactions has to be perfect on both ends and does not mean just a fast payment. It also includes being considerate to your seller in the rare event that you DO have a problem!!
