It´s for both Wifi and Cellular. Is carrier unlocked.

As you can see in the pictures, the screen is damaged in two places, on the top left side and on the center right side. None of those spots affect the screen view. It has some marks in a couple other places around.

All buttons and the headphone jack work, as well as the mic and camera. The tablet is in full working condition.

The cellular functionality, it is assumed still works as it did so until we upgraded to another iPad.
