Microsoft Official Xbox One Wireless Controllers Controllers have been tested and works. No sticky buttons or analog drifting, connecting wired and wirelessly. Controllers were cleaned and sanitised, this is used product so can have some scratches and sings of usage. And if controller have original box that can have sight of ussage as well as it is used product. Photos are referenced only but you receive controller in very similar visual condition. Controllers comes with battery cover. Some white battery cover can have slight colour difference. All official xbox controllers using standard AA batteries (batteries are not included) Model 1537 don't have headphone jack You need to synchronise new controller with the console before the first usage. If you don't know how to do it, please message me before returning controller as is not defective and this is normal process with every wireless controller! Warranty All controllers comes with 6 months of warranty, with two exceptions: the security sticker was removed or the controller have physical damage.
