Vintage “AMELIA" 11" HAND-PAINTED OPTIC GLASS BOWL With 22k accents ROMANIA.

This is a beautiful preowned hand painted bowl in excellent condition. Gold rim around top edge and gold accents throughout believed to be 22 or 24k gold. It is my understanding that the bowl is made of optic glass, the same process as making eye glasses. There are no chips, cracks or cloudiness. A few light scratches on the bottom.
