I have a No Refund policy. This means that you arebuying  items I list AS IS. I try to be as accurate as possible with myitem descriptions and photos. So if you are using a phone or device other thana PC that hides the item description, that is not my problem- it is yours. Iexpect you as the buyer to click on the  descriptionlink and READ the item description. You will see that I try to avoidgrading an item as a whole and instead describe the components of the itemindividually. So if you are viewing my listing for a compact disc for example,you might see that the disc may be described as Like New while the booklet orcase may be described as in some other lesser condition. This should put you onnotice that you are purchasing a less than perfect item as a whole. I price myitems accordingly- often for less than historical sales. l also use the Make anOffer feature which you can take advantage of. That is my part as your seller.

This is your part as my buyer: you need to consider thispolicy before you submit your bid or commit to the purchase. After all, youhave plenty of time to ask me questions or request photos of the item. The oneexception I will make to my No Refund policy is in the event that an item isnot as described, or some obvious flaw is not disclosed. In this instance Iwill offer a refund once you return the item to me. I will not grant creditsor discounts and also let you keep the item. If this policy is notsatisfactory to you then please do not purchase my item. Someone else will doso.
