This sculpture with a green verdigris patina depicts a joyous dancing faun, a mythological half-human half-goat creature from ancient Greek and Roman culture, also known as a satyr or Pan. It's a reproduction of the original statue that was discovered in the House of Faun buried beneath the ruins of Pompeii, outside of Rome.
