TLC Darci outfit has some issues. Missing a Strap. (someone could probably mend this for display by sewing it directly on a doll.)
Waistband is definitely stretched which is common on these vintage fashion doll clothes. Nice red. See photos for condition. Top has pulled hem where strap detached.
