Heath Model IB5281 RLC Bridge.
Untested. I did not power it up. I took the cover off to take pictures of the insides. It appears to be in good condition.
It had two 9-volt batteries inside which had not leaked. I removed them and batteries are not included in the sale.
No test leads - what you see is what you get.
Estate sale find. Apparently, the guy was an old time ham radio operator. I'll be listing some other stuff.
