Less than $20 goes in PWE envelope. More than $20 goes first class/USPS Parcel (new service, same as first class)
SHIPPING METHOD:
Cards will be shipped in penny sleeve, top loader/card saver, taped shut with blue painter's tape.
RETURNS:
We list most of our items buy it now to give all buyers enough time to ask questions before purchasing so they have the opportunity to make a sound decision. Returns will be paid for by buyer.
