A vintage Chinese black velvet and orange silk jacquard reversible jacket. The cuffs can be turned up a couple of inches for contrast. It has Chinese knot fasteners or frog closures on both sides of the jacket. There are 6" vents at each side.
The condition is excellent for a vintage garment.
