A rare and extremely attractive nautical map of the PACIFIC OCEAN, issued in 1934, by the British Admiralty.

This chart shows details from NEW GUINEA in the west, to NEW IRELAND, in the east.

Features both nautical and inland detail noting both topographical features and thousands of depth soundings (in fathoms). Important ports, Island and navigational points are carefully noted.

Note - The orange/red markings on the chart indicate the location of navigational aids, such as lighthouses, beacons, markers, Etc. They have been updated, added / altered on a chart by means of Small Corrections.
