Some damage expected from exposure to children lol.

Page 40 looks has a spot that looks as though someone spilled something and tried to wipe in clean. Pages 79/80 and 81/82 have small tears at the bottom

Last pages have some minor tears near bottom of binding.

All damage I could find is pictured in the last photos

Binding itself appears to be in good shape.
