This set is a favorite of mine. Special custom touches. The Octopus is hand painted with acrylic paint. The vehicles wheel are custom chrome and all in excellent condition. The Octopus is slightly sticky because it is made of a rubber. I have not done it but a matte clear coat stops the aging process and seals the rubber. I do not have any on hand at the moment or I would have done this guy. This set was part of my personal collection and is very well taken care of. Adult owned and never played with. Yes, trees and roads are included. Trees are hand made with Crayola air dry clay and coated with real sand from Hawaii. (We lived there for 5 years in the military).
