THE PITCAIRN ISLANDS PHILATELIC BUREAU (PIPB) in New Zealand produced limited-printing ANNUAL COLLECTION FOLDERS from 1996 to 2019. The buff-color Folders are embossed with gold printing, and contain all Pitcairn commemorative stamps and souvenir sheets released each year, including the (then current) definitive set.

This 1999 Collection is dedicated to Pitcairn's late Postmaster, Roy Palmer Clark, who (arguably) put Pitcairn Islands stamps "on the philatelic map".

Apart from the 12-stamp Birds definitives, this Collection also has the Prince Andrew & Sophie Royal Wedding pair, the 50th Anniversary of Island Education set (4 values), the 'Towards the Millenium' 19th Century Pitcairn set (4), the Honey Bees set (4) and souvenir sheet, and the "Bounty" Artifacts / AUSTRALIA 99 souvenir sheet of 4 stamps. The Honey Bees issue is self-adhesive.

The stamps in the folder have a face value of NZ$48.95. The folder size is ± 8½" x 9" (± 220 x 230mm).
