White crepe fabric - looks like a lightweight poly/viscose perhaps.
Round neck with ties. Large covered buttons fasten at the front. Straight-shaped sleeveless body with bust darts and at back shoulders.
I think should fit around a UK size 14 best. Please check measurements: Armpit to armpit doubled 40” and length 19”.
