The cart is Filled to the Brim with Blooming Flowers, Up the Garden Path. The End Sides Feature Flowerpots Filled with Many Species of Flowers!  Tin/Flower Cart measures 5” X 3” and  6” high,  wheels 1 ½” in diameter. Gold & Black Foil Label reads “r Giftco Inc, Made in China”   In Excellent Vintage Condition NO rust or pitting.
