Our computers come with a 1 year full warranty on parts and labour as standard where if at any point you should encounter any hardware issues we will pick it up with a courier, bring it back to our workshop and undertake any work needed. Usually it takes 5 working days from leaving your house to arriving back at your house. It is very rare but have peace of mind we will take care of it should a problem arise with any of the parts. We know the most expensive part in any PC is the Graphics card, so rest easy knowing that you are covered with a 3 years RMA warranty which we include with it for the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 12GB!
Along with this warranty we offer a 1 month full tech support service from the day you receive it to help you with any set up you need. This includes transferring data, setting up emails, printers, software etc.
