Midcentury Mstisov Hana Machovska, 'Romana' Vase Czech Vintage 1950s Moser Glass. A twirling, curvaceous glass vase. A wonderful hand blown design.


It was designed by Hana Machovska from the 'Romana' range. The vase has an amber glass body with applied asymetric blue glass ‘prunts’. Produced by Moser glass in the early 1960s


Not the definitive, straight lines often represented in Scandinavian design; but more stylised, with a clear link to the past.


It echoes the designs of the 1930s when Art Nouveau motifs morph into Art Deco, streamlining


Good condition, some scratches on the bottom and sides (hard to see in photos). Some clouding inside is possible due to hard water. It's still a beautiful piece. Blue on the outside edges, yellowish middle glass. See photos.
