A dramatic fascinator hat featuring colorful pheasant feathers, including 2 long tail feathers on one side, and a talon that can be positioned above one eye or dropping off to the side.  The label is Carson, Pirie and Scott, Co. of Chicago. It fits over the sides of the head.
